Video box is blank

Try disabling “pop-up blocker” on your web browser (eg: internet explorer) and reload / refresh the page.

 

Video won’t play

Video plays but keeps stopping

This is usually due to (your) slow internet connection. Simply pause the video until the faint red line (buffering) has completed.
